Young couple goes on van tour of US, boy comes back with van - no girl

I feel bad for the Laundrie parents, they're not charged with anything, they have a right to remain silent. There is currently no evidence that the Chris and Roberta aided and abetted their son. People seem to think we have mob justice in this country, people seem to think its cool to throw trash onto their lawn or walk up to their screen door and whack it whilst yelling at them. While I think they have acted strange during this whole ordeal, there is still the lack of evidence tying them to anything. Who knows what Brian told them when he got back on Sept 1st about Gabby, he had a very long time to craft a narrative of lies on his 36hr drive back from the 30th to Sept 1st.

You can't just charge people with a crime without having evidence of them committing said crime. It is scary reading some of the twitter, youtube and reddit comments from people who say, "ARREST THE PARENTS" on what charge though? Are the parents sketchy? Hell yes they're sketchy but being sketchy isn't a crime and they have not found any wrong doing by them up till this point.

Those people last night knocking on the door and then lingering around in the driveway were essentialy breaking the law by trespassing. Even Dog when he went up to the door and knocked the other week lingered around the perimeter of the house was trespassing. I understand the pent-up need to DO SOMETHING because I feel it, too. But to now treat these people as if they're "less than" and asking them where their empathy is for Gabby's family shows the same lack of empathy and inability to put yourselves in those parents' shoes.

No matter what they know or don't know, THEY didn't ask for this and they didn't stop being human beings. I guess it's okay to think that and to not feel bad for them (because I don't), but it's not okay to exact mob justice as you said.
