If the lawyer know's Brian is dead and his lawyer spills the beans, does it matter at this point, as long as Brian's parents give the o.k.? Maybe they want people to leave them alone, so they give them what the want, and everyone goes on their merry way? I don't know.
Being a defense attorney, with a dead client, maybe allows some freedom to speak freely?!?!
