Not really. Cooks has had a few concussion issues. With the way teams play us (ie, refs don't flag opposing teams) he wouldn't last a handful of games in the black and gold. It's a bad deal for us, even worse for the Texans (at least Cooks can catch).

We NEEDED an RB badly to spell Kamara, or we'll ruin a damn good thing. Ingram isn't what he was when he left but he'll be familiar with our playbook and serves THE most pressing need. As for WR, they're getting yelled at by Jameis and Payton. They'll get better (hopefully).
