So, if I understand you correctly, you think Brian had an extreme handicap?!?! Serious mental issues, so was basically an adult child, or possibly an adult infant? How did he manage to graduate high school (I presume), and had enough emotionally capacity to bring in Gabby, and convince the police he was not a threat?
