I Say Simien starts, hill gets in and does Taysom things and Ian book is the 3rd QB

I personally would have gone with Hill in his normal role and Siemian as the starter, but that's not what Payton is apparently going to do and there is part of me that is very interested to see what Hill can do and I trust that Payton knows who is the best QB for this team with Winston out. Hopefully, he plays well. :
