I’ll never forget the TO horse collar that led to this rule. The Eagles were cooking with him, and his horse collar in the NFC tittle game sunk the Eagles. They still made the Super Bowl, but he wasn’t playing, and the Eagles were stuck with Freddie Mitchell as their #1 wr (and we think our wide receiver group is bad).
