Hill vs Siemian why is there a debate?

I think that there is a very good chance that Taysom does not start at QB against the falcons. If he is not practicing this week, Siemian could very well start simply because he is better prepared than Taysom - even if Taysom is CSP's true #2.

Then we might see Taysom start after he has had a full week of practice.

So, what I am saying is that simply because Siemian starts this week might not mean that he has beaten Taysom out for the job going forward.
