Waiver Priority based on current league standings (potential OBJ waiver)

I don't think anyone is signing him after the BS he pulled with his dad allegedly posting a polished production of all-22 game film of various plays showing his son wide open and not getting the ball. Yes of course his father really came up with that.

He's poison at this point and hopefully he gets blackballed from playing the rest of this season.
I wonder if anyone is going to make an 11 minute film of OBJ dropping the ball? Or even a video of him making catches? How about making an 11 minute video of ANY WR1 that doesn't get the ball everytime they are open? All of those are valid. He played the timing just right if he wanted out of Cleveland. Now, it's a win/win for him. If someone claims him off waivers, they have to pay him his money...guess what?...If he clears waivers, and someone picks him up in FA, Cleveland is still on the hook for his remaining salary. THAT is what they were discussing with him and his reps. They were probably trying to work out a deal with him where they wouldn't have to pay it all to him if he clears waivers in return for giving him the opportunity to test the FA waters.
