Waiver Priority based on current league standings (potential OBJ waiver)

It's tricky. We almost need to hope he and his agent play hardball, try to force the Browns to keep the contract as-is (or close to it), making him less attractive to all the teams on the waiver list.

If he restructures his deal, the odds of him falling all the way to us is really low. If he doesn't, he likely clears, Cleveland pays him, we sign him outright as a FA.

But Cleveland would have to agree.
