With our west coast concepts, once he knows where to go with the ball pre snap and reports hes got good football IQ can get the ball to the YAC guys in the short to intermediate passing game quickly and accurately. Throw in his abilty to extend plays and improvise. Some play making traits. He took care of the ball at ND with high completion %. Future guy may be in the building

I have said this also and agree 100% . Its a gut feeling for me , watching film , watching highlights , interviews ext . The kid has a calm poise about him . You see it in game tape you see it in interviews . He leads by being the calming influence in the offense . His team mates really seemed to rally around him as did the fans and coaches . He is tough ,gritty and makes plays in big moments and takes care of the ball . Coach Payton's offense is the perfect system for him .
