Pretty much my exact thoughts when I read the thread title.

The Saints are an up-and-down team that is currently 5-3.

In previous up-and-down seasons, Haslett/Brooks gave us a lot of 8-8 and Payton/Brees gave us alot of 7-9.

I'm good with 5-3, knowing the best could/should still be in front of us.
