Jameis Winston's best attributes: Targeting Tight ends, Broken Plays, Play-action

In another thread some guy is off the rails claiming that he hasn't shown enough to be worth that when Rookies are signing deals for $24 mil guaranteed.

Jimmy Garoppolo showed even less before inking his mega contract in 2018 worth $90 million guaranteed.

"Garoppolo finished the 2017 season with 1,560 passing yards

seven passing touchdowns
five interceptions

11 rushing yards, and one rushing touchdown.

On February 8, 2018, the 49ers and Garoppolo agreed to terms on a 5-year contract worth a maximum of $137.5 million. At the time of its signing, it was the largest contract in NFL history on an annual basis, surpassing that of Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford. It also has nearly $90 million in guarantees in the first three years, also the largest total in NFL history."
Sounds more like a reason why a Team wouldn't throw big money at Winston especially without completing a full season or two in their system.

You don't throw money at a player because you like him but because they put together multiple seasons and shown the ability to be a key piece in the success of a team, Winston played 7 games. Bring him back on another 1 year deal.
