I think it’s more like when will college coaches who want to move up to the NFL realize that? Jimmy Johnson and Pete Carroll figured it out out (Carroll had prior NFL experience, but then, so did Saban). But Saban, Meyer, Spurrier, Chip Kelly, Petrino, Harbaugh, probably Matt Rhule… clueless.
