Overall, it was a fun movie and it felt good to get back into a theater. There were some glaring continuity issues that took me out of it a little:
1. It's hard to imagine a circumstance where Dr. Strange would risk a reality-altering calamity so that Peter's friends could go to MIT. The only way I could justify that would be if he did his 14 million possibility thingie and predicted this was the best timeline, but that required the Time Stone, so I don't know. Very un-Strange.
2. So we all forget about Peter Parker being Spiderman. What about all the video? Pictures? People's phones. Didn't MJ and Ned wonder why they were beat up at the Statue of Liberty after a massive battle that there's no reason the people of NYC would have forgotten witnessing? And even if they forgot Peter Parker existed, does that mean they forgot that they just shard a massive even with Spiderman? If they did forget that, why?
