I was eating lunch somewhere and two old guys were about 8 feet away at another table. One kept coughing every 30 seconds it seemed. This kept on until they left about 20 minutes later. I kept thinking to myself: "am I far enough away to avoid getting hit with that?"

Yes. My 18 year old who lives on her own and is out "living life to the fullest" came over for dinner a little while ago and was coughing and sneezing quite a bit. She mentioned she also has a sore throat. Claims it is allergies, but you just can't be too sure these days.
