Are you willing to get the Covid vaccine when offered?

Horrible policy, just invites those that are sick to come into work. At this point in the game with the latest variant vaccinated and un-vaccinated are both coming down sick, so how can you penalize the un-vaccinated? Perhaps offer x amount of days to the un-vaccinated with maybe the average amount of days a vaccinated person is sick for, than the remaining days you are on your own, at least that way you kept them out of the building and a negative test lets them back in.
