The same companies that watch lower wage workers leave for $1-2 more an hour they wouldn't give them (earned usually), which is $2020-4160 per year, are unshockingly still being cheap. So yeah, they don't want to pay for 5-10 days off. Which, if making 20/hr is $800/week.
