CDC guidelines say to pay sick leave for your employees. Employers are just picking and choosing while protocol tenets to follow. And of all of the recommendations, that is the one that makes the most sense. Don’t make people choose between providing for their families and possibly infecting co-workers. Family is going to win out almost every time.
