Might we be seeing the peak for Louisiana? Possibly. Still hard to tell for sure, but the 7-day average is showing something:

Hospitalizations up to 1900, but that's still 1100 below the peak of Delta.

If we follow what other countries have seen, that curve will turn and turn pretty quickly. It certainly looks like a peak to me.
