Quite simply, Boutte, I think many, if not a large majority of us don't ignore Hill's contributions and definitely don't hate him. IMO, Taysom's picture is also still incomplete because he has been playing without a decent, healthy offensive line and he's been playing with an injured finger. Taysom's passing was very sharp against Atlanta as he finally had better protection.
That said, when someone says that they don't see him as a starting QB it is not without merit and doesn't mean it is a potshot at Taysom. I'm pleasantly surprised by Taysom's overall play. Am I comfortable if it was decided to go with him as our starter for next season and beyond? No, I'm afraid not. But I still love the guy and everything he brings, including as a backup QB.
