Popeyes; LOL! From an original New Orleans family recipe and New Orleans based run company, to a company run by god knows who, from anywhere USA. They turned it into Poopeyes. Poop quality is what it has evolved into.
Then on to another note, with respect to Poopeyes. I went to a Poopeyes the other day, for the first time in about 15 years! My grandson likes mashed potatoes. So my wife says; “Pick up some at a Poopeyes”. I stopped and got them. When ordering, I felt as if I was talking to a pre-schooler. Compared to ordering at Chick-fil-A, it is like talking to someone that is a rocket scientist, to a pre-k student (Poopeyes). How is Poopeyes can find the most illiterate types, but Chick-fil-A can find some of the most literate types? I can hardly understand the language (I guess it is some form of english) at Poopeyes. It takes me longer to try and interpret what the order taker read back to me, then it takes to cook the food! I use to be like; “Yeah, that is correct”…and hoped for the best, when I received my food. Most of the time it wasn’t; thus about 15 years ago, I stopped going to Poopeyes.
Sorry for the rant, but it just got me going, after this post and my one off venture, the other day. 😂
