Yep. Apparently they said COVID isn't an "occupational disease." I'm guessing they used that to say that OSHA doesn't have the power to make any rules regarding COVID since it isn't an occupational disease. I haven't really looked into it, but on first look, it seems like the right ruling under the law since OSHA does have limited powers. Many seem to think it's based on ideological bias, but I don't think it really is.
