No. First, Jeff will not be hired by the Bears. Right now, they are feeling more hopeful about Morocco Brown (because they are very high on Matt Eberflus and are hoping for a potential marriage between the two). They also had solid interviews with Monti Ossenfort and, to some degree, Glenn Cook. And they met this evening with Eliot Wolf. But Brown is someone who has spent time with the organization and he is a trusted lieutenant of Chris Ballard who the organization feels badly for passing on [when they hired Ryan Pace]. Barring something unforeseen, they will only invite the top 2 candidates into building for second interviews. So, Jeff is out of it as I reported last Friday. But even if he was not out of it, there is no way that Mike Mayock should be considered or would be considered. Absolutely
