2018 was our year: Brees rides off into the sunset and we all don't lose so much faith in the NFL. Reffing may also be a bit less lopsided in the following years because of that. It would have been perfect.
Given the impact that the no-call had on the team and all of us fans, this is a really interesting take. If the Saints won in 2018 and Brees called it a career then, 2019 is something different, entirely.
