65+ accounts for 630,878 of those deaths. They also have the highest vaccination rate for any age group in the US. It is not black and white

The question in my mind is how many of those deaths were unvaccinated and how many were vaccinated? I think you can get a pretty good idea of the effectiveness of the vaccine if we know this number.
