Been a while since I updated the figures in the thread title. Maybe about a month passed. But the jump in cases was significant due to Omicron, I guess.
Went from 52,510,976 to 75,578,076 US cases
and 833,029 to 907,190 US deaths

I'm still feel that the Worldometer figures are really high, but that's what we've been going with since the thread was started.
