A prospect that bad team should be extremely worried about ending their executive careers early and a prospect that good teams should be salivating to get.
I just don't see how a bad team is going to have the patience to let him grow. We aren't in a position to be patient with him either.
Drafting a QB this year and starting him will shorten Allen's tenure quickly. The best option is still Jameis but outside of injury, I don't see them beating him out in the next couple of years.
