Why don't they release the contents of the notebook? Maybe he has some artistic drawing skills and drew some Muppets or something. On a serious note, nothing has been shown except a van. No Gabby Petito body and no Brian Laundrie bones or notebook.

It this is part of the issue right?
You’re complaining about a story that has a bearing on maybe 20 people’s lives
This is being consumed as entertainment
And the reason that the ‘news media’ does this is because it’s what we consume
PBS/public radio are fine ways to get most important news
The issue isn’t ‘news’ or ‘media’ it’s the news - like art, education, healthcare, et al - should not be run on a predatory, for profit model
