Inflation here? gas/grocery prices just continue to climb
I live in stoopid California and regular unleaded is $5.08 at my local Costco up from $4.35 on Sunday. The lawmakers are talking about a 6 month moratorium on gas taxes of $1.27 a gallon. Meanwhile, in the remote town of Gorda located south of Big Sur, the price of gas hit $7.59 for regular unleaded as of yesterday.
It's absolute madness with no end in sight.
San Francisco gas prices are a nudge from $6.00 a gallon for Regular. You'd think they might offer to suspend the taxes to ease the pain on the consumers? Ouch.
