FA WR We should target: Marcus Jackson (Titians) & Auden Tate (Bengals)

I feel like if we went into the season relying on players like them, it'd just be more of the same. I think going for guys who are proven and reliable is better for this team. TY Hilton paired with a rookie would be my ideal situation.
