Miami Dolphins make the biggest loser move in FA............by far! (title edit)

Guys, am I missing something here? They land Armstead, good signing. They sign Teddy as QB2 good signing. Then they loose their minds and use all their draft capital and cap space to trade for a WR. To get Tua to work? There is no QB in the draft, who can walk in as a starter. This would make much more sense if they had a good QB under a manageable contract. But, Tua? Flores was right about Tua.

Talk shows said that Tua will be given a year to succeed and that if he fails, Teddy would be the fail safe and they would use next year's draft picks acquired in the trade to get a top notch QB
