Potential Severe Weather tomorrow, 3-22-22 (Update: Tornadoes on ground in metro area)

it is brutal- we cant continue to take these body shots. Anymore weather-related mass damage events and this whole area will be paying thru both nostrils for property insurance.

and mentally, im getting to a point ( after 25 years ) that is wearing on me...all these clients losing most, if not everything. Becoming harder and harder to field the calls and try to navigate. And having a client base with an average of 10 years with me, you get to know each and every one quite well. Its so hard.

I just heard from my last client i reached out to at 745am. His bldg on Mehle St. Just texted me back to say all good...watched the roof of warehouse just across street get peeled off and thrown 2 blocks away.

So all 4 of my clients safe- minimal damage to speak of. So very lucky.

I'm in Terrebonne parish. My insurance renews in August. I am expecting a $1200-1500 increase judging by what people north of us have been seeing. Haven't had a raise or COL increase in 3 years, so it should be interesting. About to leave this entire state.
