Draft Prospect Kyle Hamilton, Safety, Norte Dame; Slipping in draft, really? How far will he fall, if any? Trade up for Safety?

I am not fond of trying to catch a falling knife. Especially a safety w/ a slow 40 time. There much safer picks at FS in the 2nd and 3rd round.
