He was pointing out that it's not just RPO/running QBs that get hurt. Even pocket QBs like Winston get hurt.
Which is true although having guys running down field taking on LBs and Safties probably gets you hurt more often (anecdotally and I have no stats to prove it), if a guy is smart and slides or gets to the sidelines before getting hit, it's probably no more risky to be a QB that runs and, arguably, a more mobile QB is going to take less hits from big DL because they will be out of the pocket sliding.
Overall, I think it's true that if you play QB like Hill and Jackson, who don't tend to avoid contract and sometimes welcome it, you will get hurt more often. But, guys like Josh Allen and Russ who use their running ability to buy more time and run only when it's open and they can slide, probably don't get hurt more often because they aren't taking big hits while sitting in the pocket.
