I've unfortunately seen the aftermath of a racoon walk into a dogs' kennel with 5 dogs in it and eviscerate a miniature dachshund and tear out the eye of a jack russell. The coon walked in there for the dog food. That jack russell always thought he was big and bad until that day. There really is only one solution for your problem.
