Is brisket a common Passover meal for Jewish people? I assume it's marketed as such by using "kosher" on the label. I will have to also assume that the more careful attention and preparation to market the beef as kosher is why it costs so much. Just curious, how much per lb was a non-Kosher brisket point?
They didn't have non-kosher points, or brisket anything. One of the things that I dislike about Spring is that full briskets are massacred because of people wanting parts for St. Patrick's Day, and Passover.
