Inflation here? gas/grocery prices just continue to climb

Brisket burgers are the truth.

I've been going nuts trying to get my smash burger perfected. I've been grinding meats, making my own buns, sauces etc. It's close but doesn't necessarily include brisket. ;)

Also, inflation is nuts. It's hitting my industry pretty hard and it's all going to get so much worse before getting better if what I'm observing holds.
