Good QB Draft Breakdown By Pellssero citing anonymous scouts, coaches, execs (long read)

I'd be cool with Howell or Corral at 16/19. I'd love one of them or Ridder at 49, but I don't think you can count on them to make it that far.

ETA: I'd be cool with Willis at 16/19, too, but I don't think he'll make it out of the top 10. Pickett could be an option, but I prefer the potential Howell and Corral offer. With Winston set to start this year, we don't need a guy who can start right away, so if we take a qb I'd prefer one of the ones with a higher ceiling.

Yeah, if Pickett is basically Curt Cousins or a slightly worse Mac Jones, I don't see the point in taking him on this team. The only reason to take a QB would be if he is a guy that has top 10 QB potential. But, I don't think any of these guys outside of Willis really warrant a first round pick and if another guy has top 10 QB potential, he isn't going to make it to round 2.

If all we had at QB was Dalton and Book then I might feel different. But, that isn't our situation.
