Ridder is starting to remind me of Ryan Tannehill whom Ireland was responsible for drafting back in MIA. Underhill also put him as checking off all the boxes for QB prototype. Even further his stock has been increasing post combine and he's currently being talked about as a potential top 15 pick.
I watched his Bama game and I felt like the game got away from the team more than it got away from him. When he was in rhythm he was fine but it seemed like a few positions like WR and OT were outclassed. Resulting in crazy amounts of pressure and untimely drops that either took points off the board or halted any time of momentum or rhythm they'd gathered. Ridder himself never look out of control or like his world was crumbling. If you read the article there is one description that nails what I'm feeling and it's "he's the same QB from first snap to the last one".
Should be interesting Day 1.
