Pickett at 16?

I'd rather not draft a QB in the first, but I don't understand why you wouldn't grab Willis in that situation instead. We have a starter AND a backup already on the roster this season. Draft the high ceiling, athletic arm talent, and then let him sit for a year at least to learn the system.
