Who here has used a sous vide machine

What are your thoughts on it? I am looking at an Inkbird 1000w
Still running through this thread but did you ever get one? I just got a Megachef because I got a recommend and the entry level Anova was twice as much and I decided I didn't need Bluetooth capability for something I don't think I'll use that much (mostly I just want to be able to do my yogurt at a consistent temp and have 36-hour programming ability).

I haven't used it yet but I'm trying it out tonight on some chix breasts to test whether my Food Saver vacuum sealer still works and whether those reusable silicone food storage bags work since I'm trying to phase out Ziplocs before I try a steak since my husband is not at all convinced about this technique of cooking.
