You don't get over 700 yards receiving in an NFL season playing with 4 different QBs and facing team's #1 and #2 WRs if you are "terrible." He's not great and he's not close to Hopkins, but he's a solid WR especially if you have him playing the #3 role or in the slot facing the other team's #3 CB or LBs and Safeties in zone coverage. He's a solid #3/#4 WR with upside to continue to develop and become a good #3 WR.
