…I believe Maye will play more of a SS role than center fielder. I just don't like PJ as a deep safety because he isn't the fastest to cover ground. That's why I liked the idea of Alontae playing safety because he has the speed. It will be interesting to see what happens. I feel like Adebo played well enough to warrant him being the starter and I don't see Alontae outplaying him in his first season.
Dennis Allen has already gone on record saying that the “vision” for Marcus Maye is for him to be the SS. He also stated that the “vision” for Taylor is to remain as a boundary CB… so that means, right now, PJ Williams is your FS.
