personally, i think the ad supported version is good, as long as its the same library as the premium tier.
But Tubi, Crackle, FreeVee(formally IMDB TV), Xumo, Roku and a few others all use that model, but they are free. So it'll be intersting to see if it takes off.
I don't understand the fuss over them cracking down on password sharing, I get it. I honestly don't see how you can complain if they charge a little extra for sharing accounts. I hear about people who share their passwords and charge the ones who use it. Sharing with family is one thing, but if you are sharing with 3 or 4 other people who are just friends, then c'mon, it was good while it lasted, but thats the reason we can't have nice things...
