No. Hands to yourself is the default. I should never have to tell someone "please don't touch me."
Yeah, a light tap on the shoulder to get attention doesn't warrant a beat down, but I'm envisioning a bar, a big dude blocking your exit, and when you try to go around him, he pokes his finger at your shoulder and says he's going to kill you. The only touching was a finger to the shoulder, but there isn't a jury in the country that would convict you if went though him to get out.
