Just saw on ESPN ticker...that Joe Schad reports that...

Mualuga staying college is a bit of a disappointment for our drafting needs. I really think that kid is a beast. Fast and big. For all of you guys that are disappointed with Jenkins staying in, I am semi-happy since I think drafting a corner is about the LAST thing the Saints should do. Yes, his size would be a benifit, but I would MUCH rather have Samuel everyday of the week. He can't cost us much more than 10 mil for 08', so we would still have PLENTY of room under the cap, and PLENTY of loot to possibly get another big free agent. I'm not saying any names, but if we can get help on the lines in the draft, I wouldn't mind having a certain LB from the Bears too.

Samuel is a must though. Corners like that don't come available everyday, and we need help theree in the worst way. If NOTHING else, at least get Hall from Atlanta, and pick up Briggs and or a pass rushing DT.
