Inflation here? gas/grocery prices just continue to climb

Ever since they left Associated Grocers, their prices have gone up. Remember the good ol days when Lays printed the price on the side of the bag of chips so stores had a hard time selling them over that amount? does Lays still print the price on their bags?
The one by my house has always been crazy high. They are one of those stores you can't really bargain shop at. At first I was excited when Rouse bought out Leblanc Payless stores, but now, not so much. There is a Rouses and a Neighborhood Walmart across from each other. When it was Payless i used to go there instead, but now i go to the Walmart. There is an AG store, Ralphs Supermarket, in Gonzales that I pass everyday on the way home. There isn't another store in the area that can beat their meat prices. I usually get all my meat from there. But Rouses, I feel like I have to move up a tax bracket to shop there.
Since you seem the grocery answer guy, is Trader Joe’s more immune to these costs than others?
I’ve seen prices go substantially everywhere (the sausage at Winn Dixie😵‍💫), but TJ seems to be much steadier
