I have the black bag, as well. I believe they printed those things into the ground, though, so they're not exactly scarce. For me, they aren't about the money. It just brings me back to a time before I had much to worry about.

My favorite LCS owner and I discuss this a lot. I collect Captain America, Black Widow, Winter Soldier, and The Falcon. Most issues are worth less than the cover price. But, I buy what I like, and not what I think will be valuable. With a few exceptions, anything from the 90's is worthless. Just use ebay to see what each issue is selling for.
