Not to rehash old threads, but i think we’ve established that the ultimate (and one of the cheapest) fast food burger is In n Out.. even Whataburger, which i find vastly overrated, is better than the places you mentioned.. i think you said before that you’d never tried those, but did you ever get a chance to try Five Guys ? I think they have one of the better fast food burgers, but my problem with Five Guys is that the price is literally triple the cost of the places you mentioned.. i think theyve pretty much priced themselves out of the ‘fast food’ category, , though they are most definitely a huge national (international ?) chain .

I should have done a TIL on this. When I was watching footage of the Queen's platinum jubilee and there was footage of Harry and Meghan arriving to St. Paul's cathedral, you could NOT miss in the background the Five Guys sign that was right across the street from the church. I don't know how long it's been there, but I know for sure it wasn't there the last time we were in London for the Saints game. We are going again this fall, but I'm not sure if we'll try international Five Guys (certainly not from the looks of this stupid long line).
