Least Favorite Foods?

I love Cream of Crab, and I've become a little bit of a snob about it now. :hihi:

I'm spoiled because there are some places near where I live that have a really, really good version.

I've also become a crab cake snob. Always broiled, never fried, and it has to be jumbo lump, and a lot of it and with huge pieces of it and very little filler.
There are very few things you can do to a crab cake to make it better than eating plain crab meat.

The best I had was a combination of crab and lobster shaped in a form and heated in a brown butter sauce.

Hard to call it a crab cake because it just fell apart, but was one of the best things I ever ate. It was a test dish at Le Cirque on (then) Lee Circle that ain’t dere no more.
